We have lots going on this Easter at St Peter’s and we’d love you to join us whenever you can!
We’re running our first ever Easter Holiday Club: get ready for Survival Bible!
It’s a drop-off event for children in school years 1-6, and it’s running from Thursday-Sunday of the second week of the holidays. There’s lots of outdoor activities planned and it’s all free!

In the evening of Maundy Thursday (17th April) we’ll be gathering for a traditional service of Holy Communion, with foot-washing offered. We’re remembering Jesus’ last meal with his friends before he died, and how he told us to remember him.
It’s a traditional service with hymns and liturgy, and lasts about an hour.
Good Friday (18th April) is a Bank Holiday so come along with the kids and grandkids for some crafts and toasted hot cross buns! Free for all, drop in and stay as long as you like.

Later in the afternoon we’ll gather to remember Jesus’ death on the cross. It’s a solemn, quiet service suitable for anyone who wants to sit in silence and listen to the story of Jesus’ final hours. It’s a moving service with lots of space for reflection and prayer.
Celebrate the Greatest Day in History: the day Jesus defeated death! On Easter Sunday (20th April) we gather twice to sing praise, share communion, and hear again the amazing truth that Jesus has risen!
The first service at 6am starts at a fire pit outside church and is more liturgical. We share breakfast together afterwards.
The second service is at our usual time of 10:30am, followed by refreshments.
Both services involve exploding confetti canons!
